More than 100 schools and youth groups in Virginia have joined YOVASO. Membership gives you access to all of our resources, trainings, programs, and club support services.
Join the Cause
Membership in YOVASO is open to all Virginia high schools, middle schools, and youth groups. Membership is free.
Schools and youth groups that join YOVASO are eligible to receive free materials for safety campaigns and other events. These materials range from educational tip cards, posters, and banners to incentive items like key chains, pens and wrist bands. Membership also includes free leadership development training and action planning workshops. These trainings prepare students and sponsors to plan and implement traffic safety programs for their schools and communities.

We hope your school or youth group will join today so that, together, we can help save young lives in all communities across Virginia.
Schools may join by starting a YOVASO Club or by registering an already existing club that will add traffic safety initiatives to its mission. Established clubs like SADD, FCCLA, Student Government, and prevention clubs are excellent choices to add a traffic safety component.
We also welcome homeschool groups and community youth groups such as Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, 4-H, and church youth groups. These groups already focus on youth leadership and can easily share programs and projects that educate and encourage members to be safer drivers, passengers, pedestrians, and bicyclists.
