Being a leader isn’t only about leading a group of people around and telling them what to do, being a leader is about helping and working together to be successful. So how can you “spring into action” with your club? Work diligently with your club sponsor and administrative staff. Working with both can open doorways to different and effective ideas that can spread the message that your organization is trying to deliver. Working with others in the club is also important to help improve your efforts, including coming up with campaign ideas. It’s also important to keep in mind you can always reach out to the YOVASO staff for guidance on various topics including club attendance, peer-to-peer initiatives, fundraising, club activities, etc. So get ready to spring into action and get your club excited about saving lives!
